What are the payment options?
We have integrated a payment system that accepts:
- Secure Debit Card
- Secure Credit Card
- Mobile Payment
We are also in the process of adding a crypto option. Coming Soon!!!!
How do I use a promo code?
If you have a promo code, apply it while viewing cart details.
- Click on the cart icon on the top right of your screen.
- Before proceeding to checkout, add the coupon code and click Apply Coupon
Note: Coupon Codes cannot be applied to orders that are already in progress. This means that Coupon Codes cannot be added retroactively. Once an order has been placed without using the Coupon Code, it cannot be applied at a later time.
Why was my payment declined??
Payments can be declined for a number of reasons. Make sure that:
- Your payment details have been entered correctly
- Your credit/debit card is valid (and not expired)
- You have available funds on your card
Please note: Your chosen source of payment has more information about why your payment was declined than us. Check with your bank or mobile payment provider if payment issues arise.
If you still have issues with your payment:
Try using a different payment option
Example: If you are using Mobile Payment, consider using your credit card
If you still have payment issues, contact Customer Support.
